PLF offers programs that have both local and national significance in areas of mentoring, prisoner reintegration, nonprofit capacity building and local partnership.
Amachi Mentoring Program - Mentoring of children of incarcerated parents.
Capacity Building - Nonprofit organizational and resource development training for faith-based nonprofits.
Healing Communities - Provides a framework for churches to act as Stations of Hope in welcoming home returning citizens from places of incarceration. Building on the strengths of churches to work toward forgiveness, reconcilitaion, family reunification and restorative justice to victims, HC is a national movement.
Urban Coalition - Leaders from urban and suburban churches come together for prayer and partnership to address problems in our region, share resources and celebrate successes.
Religious Leaders Council- Builds relationships of mutual support, and offer a moral and spiritual voice in our region. The Council will identify issues and concerns for dialogue and action.
